Carrot Zucchini Muffins

I used parts of several recipes to come up with this moist and flavorful muffin.
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup carrot, grated
1/2 cup zucchini, grated
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease muffin pans.
3. In a large bowl combine flours, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and cloves.
4. Stir in raisins and nuts.
5. Set aside.
6. In another bowl beat eggs until frothy, stir in vanilla, carrots, zucchini, orange peel, applesauce, pinapple and coconut.
7. Pour egg mixture into dry mixture and stir until just combined.
8. Do not overmix.
9. Put into greased muffin pans.
10. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
