Carrot Salad

This is a different flavoured salad and goes perfectly with just about any main course. Everyone who tasted it, loved it and wanted my recipe.
Ingredients:
2 pd. carrots,sliced and cooked
1/4 green pepper sliced thin ( i always put more)
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
1/2 red spanish onion, thinly sliced in rings( i always cut the rings in four)
(sauce)
1 can tomato soup
1/4 cup salad oil
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp. jarred mustard
Directions:
1. Cook carrots till just tender, let cool.
2. Prepare the peppers, celery and onions.
3. For the sauce you put all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan, mix well, bring to a boil, remove from heat and let cool.
4. In a large bowl put all the vegetables including the cooled carrots the pour the cooled sauce mixture over the vegetables, mix well, let il marinade in the refrigerator for 24 hrs.
5. Serve with any main course.
