This is so easy to make, yet so tasty. You wouldn't think canned carrots would be good in a salad, but they really are. Try it you'll like it. Enjoy
Ingredients:
48 ounces canned sliced carrots sliced and well drained
1 large white onion sliced in rings
1 green pepper sliced
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well to evenly distribute.
2. Cover and marinate a few hours or overnight.
