This is so easy to make, yet so tasty. You wouldn't think canned carrots would be good in a salad, but they really are. Try it you'll like it. Enjoy Ingredients:
48 ounces canned sliced carrots sliced and well drained |
1 large white onion sliced in rings |
1 green pepper sliced |
1 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 cup vinegar |
1 can tomato soup |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well to evenly distribute. 2. Cover and marinate a few hours or overnight. |
