This is great in the summer for picnics if you like carrots. It is a very tasty addition to a cookout, or a side dish during the winter months.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb carrot (grated)
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package raisins
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Grate the carrots.
2. Add the raisins, pineapple, mayonnaise, sugar, and salt.
3. Mix well.
4. Refrigerate till ready to use.
