One of the greatest salads that you can make in the summer. so simple, so easy, and very crunchy!!
Ingredients:
2 lbs carrots
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cook carrots until tender crisp. (about 10 minutes). Rinse in cold water. layer carrots, onions and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight in fridge. This is delicious as a casserole.
