A very healthy and refreshing drink
Ingredients:
1 cup carrot juice
1 cup tomato juice
2 large red bell peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
ground pepper
Directions:
1. Pour the carrot juice and tomato juice into a food processor and process gently until combined.
2. Add the red bell peppers and lemon juice.
3. Season with plenty of freshly ground pepper and process until smooth.
4. Pour into tall glasses.
