3/4 cup(s) white and brown sugar mixed together (not 3/4 cup of each)
1 cup(s) all purpose flour
2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1 teaspoon(s) salt
4 eggs
1 teaspoon(s) hot water
Directions:
1. Blend carrots and margarine in food processor until combined. Then mix in everything else. Combine in food processor until smooth. Fill muffin pans. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes.
