Ingredients:
4 medium carrots
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Cut the carrots into thin strips like matches.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over high flame. Add carrots and toss until crisp tender (it takes about 4 minutes).
3. Add sugar and sesame seeds and toss 1 more minute.
4. Add soy sauce and toss for 30 seconds.
5. Serve.
6. If you like it spicy, try it with hot sauce or chili.
