so easy to make and great for sitting around with snacks,or and occasion. need 24 hours refridgeration before use
Ingredients:
1/2 of an 8 oz carton dairy sour cream
14 oze cream cheese,softened
1/4 cup mayo or salad dreassing
2 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp prepared horse raddish(optional)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups finely shredded carrits
1/3 cup chopped green onions
dippers such as flat breads,crackers,tortilla,chips,celery sticks,sweet pepper strips,jicama sticks,and or zucchini sticks
Directions:
1. In med mixing bowl beat togethert sour cream,cream cheese,mayo,soy saucehorseraddish(if using)salt and pepper.
2. with and electric mixer until smooth.
3. stri in shredded carrets and green oinions until combined.
4. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours
5. Do not prepare more than 24 hours in advanceor the dip will become too thin.
6. Keep dip chilled while transporting.( if you are making to take to someone elses house)
7. stir the dip before serveing with dippers.makes 2 cups
