Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

Scrumptious Carrot Cake with an irresistable Cream Cheese Frosting. Also delicious as cupcakes .
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 1/3 cups flour
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 ounces carrot baby food
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup butter
3 ounces cream cheese
Directions:
1. Beat all together until well mixed. Put in 9x13 inch pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Or bake in 2 pans for 35-40 minutes for Bars. Or 25-30 minutes for Cupcakes.
3. Frosting: Blend all ingredients until creamy. Spread on Cakes, Bars or Cupcakes.
