Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.Butter and dust with flour three 8
2. inch pans.In bowl mix flour,

7. oil,cream,vanilla,ginger,and

9. add carrots and nuts.Pour

11. darkgolden brown,38-40 min.

14. In bowl beat cream cheese,
15. butter,zest,juice and vanilla.
16. On low, beat in sugar.On high
17. beat 30 seconds.Place cake
18. layer on plate.Spread 3/4 c
19. frosting over top.Top with
