Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
4 eggs
3 cups shredded carrots
Directions:
1. Mix all dry Ingredients.
2. Add sugar, oil and eggs.
3. Mix well.
4. Add Carrots, mix well.
5. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
