blend the oil and sugar until the oil disappears then add the eggs and blend.
sift together and blend to the above ingredients
3 c. flour
2 tsps. cinnamon
2 tsps. baking soda
2 tsps. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
beat in and blend
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
bake at 350 degrees in greased tube pan about 1 hout and 15 minutes.

1. Icing: 2. Cake is good with or without. 3. 1 4 oz. pkg. cream cheese 4. 1/2 stick butter 5. 1/2 box confeectioners sugar 6. Blend above ingredients. 7. Add milk or cream to make spreading consistency.
