Vegetarian burger made from carrots, celery, onion, and crushed Weetabix (or any other crushed cereal).
Ingredients:
3/4 c. diced carrots
35 g organic weetabix , crushed (2 biscuits)
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. finely chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Dice carrots and steam.
2. Mix all ingredients into a bowl and separate into 3 patties.
3. Cook on each side for around 3 min.
