Very quick healthy salad. Came from a booklet of recipes to help kids eat healthy.
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded carrots
2 cups chopped apples
1/2 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 chopped pecans
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and toss lightly.
2. You may use less or more lemon to taste or lite Miracle Whip.
