Carrot and Coriander Soup

A thick filling soup, nice served with toasted pitta bread. Only takes about 15 minutes to prepare
Ingredients:
9 carrots, roughly chopped
1 large onion, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp ground coriander
85 g yellow split peas
85 g pearl barley
19 g vegetable stock cubes
4 cups water, boiled
Directions:
1. Make up the Vegetable stock with the 4cups of boiling water.
2. Put all ingredient in a large pan
3. Bring to the boil simmer for 1 1/2 hours
4. Blend and enjoy.
