This is my simple little chili recipe. It is basic, but good. The nice thing is you can tweak it to your liking.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can chili hot beans
1 small onion, diced
1 package chili seasoning mix
1/2 cup ketchup
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, drain.
2. Add tomatoes, beans, onion and ketchup.
3. Simmer for 30 min.
4. to 1 hour.
5. Serve with shredded cheddar, sour cream and crackers.
