A great tasting smoothie for anytime of the day.
Ingredients:
2 strawberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soymilk
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender or drink mixer and blend until smooth.
2. I use light chocolate soymilk in mine, but any flavor will be good.
