Carol's Creamy Mocha Protein Shake

I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes. Any flavor of protein powder can be used but use water instead of the cold coffee.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup water
1 3/4 cups strong decaffinated coffee
2 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute (2 packets (or more)
1/8 teaspoon coffee extract (optional)
3 tablespoons designer whey protein powder, chocolate (3 scoops see note)
6 ice cubes (or more)
Directions:
1. In a blender container, add the cream cheese, cream & water; blend till.
2. creamy.
3. Add the protein powder, sweetener, cold coffee, extract & blend thoroughly.
4. Add ice cubes one at a time until the shake is nice & thick.
5. Divide into 2 servings.
