I found this recipe on anther site and loved the flavor! Ingredients:
1 1/2-2 lbs flank steaks |
1/3 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 -2 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano |
2 limes, juiced |
4 -5 garlic cloves, minced |
corn or flour tortilla |
cheese |
guacamole |
sour cream |
pico de gallo |
Directions:
1. In a gallon size Ziploc bag, combine all ingredients with flank steak and mix really well. Let marinate for at least 6 hours - overnight if you can. 2. Grill steak until desired degree of doneness. LET SIT FOR AT LEAST 5-10 MINUTES! Once the meat has cooled, slice ACROSS grain into small chunks. 3. Serve on warmed tortillas with toppings of your choice! Enjoy! |
