Mild spicy Tequita's served with home made salsa
Ingredients:
3-5 pounds or more if you have alot to feed.hamburger meat ,old el monterey's enchilada spice powder, (if you don't have here is a seasoning substitute) taco seasoning,garlic,red chili powder,little flour mix theses together. biggest pack is better corn tortillas, oil,tooth picks.
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger meat in a fry pan with garlic ,after meat as browned then add Ole El Monterey's enchilada seasoning mix & stir ,add two tablespoons od water & stir again.Turn off & put aside & let cool. In another fry pan, put some oil and quick dip fry corn tortillas keep soft method for rolling do not let get hard or crunchy. Put onto paper towels on your plate . Take a corn tortilla & roll with meat & insert tooth pick, put onto a plate, roll as many as you can with meat about two large tablespoons per tortilla. Take the plate of tequitas & fry in oil until crunchy.Remove & put onto paper towel,When your finished put onto a serving platter & serve with salsa for dipping or Picante~ ..I like homemade salsa I left the recipe for you on my recipes.
