if you happen to have a bodega around and access to this ing it will be Puertorican Style but you can makeit with veggies and any kind of roots found in your local market as well delish in any way lets get cooking kids
Ingredients:
3 lbs cubed pork showlder
1lg yellow onion diced
roots i used yautia lila blanca name yuca chayote potatoe carrots
and celerry harts
8 cups water to cover meat
1 envelope lipton beefy onion recipe soup and dip mix
goya adobo seasoning
Directions:
1. Season your meat with adobo
2. set aside for 10 min to room temp frys better
3. set a large pot on high heat and letit get real hot
4. add a few tablespoons oil remember hot pot cold oil food wont stick
5. spread your meat eavenly on bottom and letit fry about 8-10 min dont touchit just whenyou smell like its burnning its perfect
6. turnit over and do the same on other side
7. add water
8. add soup mix and stir bring to a boil
9. turn to very low heat and simmer partly coverd 1 hour
10. meantime peel and cube in lg pices your roots and veggies
11. after 1 hour of simmering the meat add the rest of ing
12. simmer 1 more hour and Enjoy!!!!
