Carmen Jackson's Swedish Eggs Rara

This, along with Aunt Violet's hot cakes were always served on Sunday. Rara in Swedish mean rare and in rare steak. LOL Don't worry they aren't pink in the middle.
Ingredients:
8 eggs
1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup cream
3 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs and the milk or cream.
2. Over low heat melt the butter in a heavy frying pan.
3. Add the eggs.
4. Slowly keep scraping the bottom of the pan with a large spoon. Don't walk away.
5. When the eggs are creamy just set serve.
