Ingredients:
1 pint(s) half & half
1 1/2 stick(s) butter
1 2/3 cup(s) karo syrup
1 cup(s) pecans
2 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
Directions:
1. Boil all but 1 cup of cream and pecans.
2. As the mixture continues to boil, slowly add the second cup of cream.
3. Boil until the temperature reached 242.
4. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and nuts.
5. Pour into buttered cookie sheet. Place in refrigerator until cool.
6. Cut into cubes and wrap in individual wax paper squares.
