Light, whole grain English muffins, 1 piece of cheddar (split in half), chunk light tuna, and low fat mayo make for a low-fat, low calorie tuna melt!
Ingredients:
1 english muffin
76 g chunk lite tuna
20 g cheddar cheese
1 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
1/4 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp hot sauce
Directions:
1. Combine tuna, mayo, mustard, and hot sauce in bowl
2. Toast English muffin
3. Spread tuna salad on muffin. Top with cheese.
4. Melt cheese in microwave or toaster oven.
