A Caribbean Vinaigrette for exotic taste.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1 finely minced garlic clove
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon black coarse ground pepper
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix enough oil with dry mustard to form a smooth paste. Stir in the rest of the oil, and blend thoroughly. In a stoppered container, combine mixture with remaining ingredients and shake vigorously.
2. Shake prior to each use.
3. Keep in refrigerator
