Caribbean Ham Pita Pockets

Ingredients:
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
2 tablespoons minced chutney
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
1 (8-inch) pita bread round, cut in half
4 ounces thinly sliced reduced-fat, low-salt ham
2 slices canned pineapple in juice, drained
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
1 tablespoon sliced green onion
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Spread sour cream mixture in pita halves.
2. Place ham and pineapple in pita halves; sprinkle evenly with cilantro and green onion. Top with alfalfa sprouts. Serve immediately.
