Caribbean Fish Burger (Perricone)

Fish burger with lots of spices. Perricone diet! Good with or without buns.
Ingredients:
18 ounces raw salmon, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, minced
1 egg white
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground coriander
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon lime peel, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 -4 whole grain buns (optional)
1 1/2 cups baby greens
1 lime, cut into wedges
Directions:
1. combine salmon, egg, and spices. Form into patties.
2. Saute in olive oil until golden brown. Approx 6-7 minute.
3. Arrange greens, place burgers on greens, garnish with lime wedges.
