Ingredients:
400 g yogurt
1 cup sugar
5 cardamoms
50 g almonds, chopped and skinned
2 lemons
5 cups water
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. In a blender bowl, put half cup of water, yogurt, sugar, cardamom, almonds and salt.
2. Cover.
3. Blend thoroughly.
4. Add the remaining water and lemon juice.
5. Blend again.
6. Serve chilled.
