Ingredients:
1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds (i used roasted, salted seeds and they were great!)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions:
1. Heat sunflower kernels in a non-stick skillet about 3 minutes over medium-high heat.
2. Stir in the brown sugar, stirring constantly until melted and kernels are coated.
3. Turn out onto waxed paper to cool.
