Ingredients:
2 bartlett pears, julienned
2 teaspoons unsalted butter
i teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
3 teaspoons bourbon
Directions:
1. Peel, core and julienne pears. Saute over medium heat in butter and sugars. Add bourbon and saute until pears are caramelized. Serve with lamb lollipops.
