Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut banans in half lengthwise. Melt butter in non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Add brown sugar and lay the banana slices on top,cut side up.
  2. Cook undisturbed for 20 seconds,then add rum(or orange juice) and cinnamon. Cook for 10 seconds,turn banas carefully and cook 40 to 60 seconds more,basting with pan juices.
  3. Divide banas between 2 dessert plates,drizzling the sauce on top.
  4. Serve immediately with a scoop of ice cream(or frozen yogurt)
