Caramel Toffee Crunch Cake

This is a very easy, and rich, dessert.
Ingredients:
1 box german chocolate cake mix
water, oil and eggs called for in the cake mix directions
1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 jar (16 to 17 oz.) caramel topping
1 container of whipped fluffy white frosting
1 cup toffee chips
*can substitute butterscotch or fudge topping
**can substitute whipped topping
Directions:
1. Make cake as directed for 13 x 9 inch pan. Cool 15 minutes
2. Poke top of warm cake every 1/2 inch with handle of a wooden spoon. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of cake.
3. Let stand until milk has been absorbed into cake.
4. Drizzle with carmel topping.
5. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
6. Spread frosting over top of cake.
7. Sprinkle with toffee chips.
8. Store covered in refrigerator.
