Caramel Tangelo or Oranges

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter
2 tangelos or 2 oranges, peeled and cut into quarters
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 tablespoon cointreau liqueur (optional)
Directions:
1. Melt butter in saucepan.
2. Add fruit pieces and caster sugar.
3. Stir until sugar dissolves.
4. Cook on medium-high until sugar caramelises.
5. Remove from heat as soon as browning process begins otherwise it can burn.
6. Sit in lemon juice and Cointreau.
