Grandma Grace's caramel icing for white cake.

Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar

3 tbsp. cream

3 tbsp. butter

Directions:

1. Melt first 3 ingredients and bring to a boil. Sift 1 cup icing sugar. Whisk icing sugar into melted mixture. Add some vanilla.
