A nice icing that I love on chocolate or butterpecan cake
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 2/3 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Combine milk, margarine n brown sugar in saucepan. Heat untill sugar dissolves.
2. Cool to room temp.
3. Stir in powder sugar.
4. Beat until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.
5. I double this recipe for a 13x9 cake or a 2 layer cake.
