One of my favourite ice creams ever! Found this is Australia Super Food Ideas Magazine.
Ingredients:
1 liter vanilla caramel-swirl ice cream
125 g butternut snap biscuits
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
80 g dry roasted pecans, chopped
waffle cone (to serve)
Directions:
1. Place the ice cream in a bowl. Set aside to soften.
2. Stir in biscuits , cinnamon and pecans. Return Ice cream to freezer till firm.
