My MIL gave me this recipe. I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds delicious.
Ingredients:
18 -19 frozen dinner rolls, thawed
3 5/8 ounces instant butterscotch pudding mix
6 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
1. Grease bundt pan. Sprinkle pecans in bottom.
2. Place rolls in pan on top of pecans.
3. Sprinkle pudding mix on top.
4. Mix butter, sugar and cinnamon and pour over rolls.
5. Let rise all day or even overnight (7-8 hours).
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and turn onto plate immediately.
