Caramel-Banana Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients:
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp caramel ice cream topping, divided
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
1 cup cold 2% low-fat milk
instant banana pudding mix
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 3/4 cups whipped topping
1 (1 1/2 ounce) english toffee-flavored candy bars, chopped
Directions:
1. Spread 1/4 cup caramel topping into crust.
2. In a large bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
3. Add ice cream; mix well.
4. Spoon into prepared crust.
5. Top with whipped topping.
6. Drizzle with remaining caramel topping; sprinkle with chopped candy bar.
7. Cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
8. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
