Caramel Apple Baked Oatmeal

My kids love this recipe, it makes oatmeal that is not slimy textured so it is good for kids with sensory aversions to the wetter soft textures.
Ingredients:
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 apple, peeled core removed and chopped
8 -10 caramels, cut in smaller pieces
3 cups quick-cooking oatmeal
Directions:
1. Mix the eggs, oil, milk, and sugar together.
2. Add the salt, baking, powder, and cinnamon stir well.
3. Stir in the apples and caramels then stir in the oatmeal.
4. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan and bake 40-45 minutes or until set.
