Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups coffee (cold & strong)
6 ounces tequila
4 ounces coffee liqueur
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pint coffee ice cream
4 cinnamon sticks (for stirring)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except ice cream and cinnamon sticks in a blender and refrigerate to chill. At serving time add ice cream and blend. Pour over cracked ice into glass coffee mugs. Add a cinnamon stir stick.
