4 large tomatoes, cut 1/4 inch thick
1/2 cup fresh basil leaf
2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced 1/2 inch thick
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. On a large platter arrange tomato, basil and avocado in overlapping pattern.
