Good alternative to the typical 'salad'.
Ingredients:
1 tomato, large, thick slices
1/4 onion, sliced
4 basil leaves
2 oz mozarella cheese, slices
2 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp oregano, dried, crushed
Directions:
1. Slice tomato, onion and mozarella into about 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices, depending on taste. Onion rings should be kept together.
2. Layer onion, tomato, cheese, basil leaf
3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle pepper and oregano.
