Cappuccino Brownies

Can be made a day in advance . Assemble it just before serving . Top with ice cream with the flavour u prefer or with fresh fruit .
Ingredients:
100 g butter and 75 g cooking chocolate , melted over double boiler 2 eggs and 1 c caster sugar , 1tsp vanilla essence
3/4 c flour , 1/4 c cocoa pwd , sifted
2 tbsp instant dark coffee pwd
1 tbsp drinking chocolate pwd for dusting
glazed fresh fruits or
scoops of ice cream
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven at 180 deg .
2. Grease a shallow pan and line with baking paper .
3. Whisk the egg and sugar .
4. Whisk in the chocolate mixture .
5. Add the essence , dry ing. and coffee pwd .
6. Whisk until combined without over beating .
7. Pour in the tin and bake 20 mins and until done .
8. Lift it out using the baking paper .
9. Cool it abit .
10. Make shapes while its still warm ( optional )
11. Chill until serving .
