Canton Noodle Stir-Fry

Recipe on back of Chow Mein Stir-Fry Noodles By Wel-Pac with my fixes.
Ingredients:
6 ounces chow mein noodles, wel-pac stir-fry noodles
1 lb pork steaks, breakfast style
4 green onions, with tops
1 red onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
5 cups cabbage, shredded
1 carrot
1 cup stir-fry sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons peanut oil
Directions:
1. Cook & drain noodles per package.
2. Chop/dice pork steaks.
3. Chop green onions 1 long and halved.
4. Cut red onion in wedges.
5. Heat wok or large frying pan over high heat.
6. Heat oil, add pork n pepper, stir-fry untill browned. (est 3 to 4 min).
7. Add onions, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
8. Add cabbage, carrot, noodles, sauce, and pepper.
9. Cook 3 min untill heated thru.
