Ingredients:
1 large ripe cantaloupe
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Halve cantaloupe, remove seeds and cut pulp from rind.
2. Cut cantaloupe into cubes. Combine in blender or food processor with sugar and lemon juice. Puree until smooth.
3. Turn into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
