This cool drink recipe comes from the May 2007 Smoothies & Summer Drinks.
Ingredients:
3 cups cantaloupe, seeded, peeled, cubed
2 (6 ounce) containers orange flavored yogurt, low fat
1/2 cup orange juice, chilled
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a blender, then cover & blend until almost smooth.
2. Pour into tall glasses & enjoy!
