DD#3 loves cantaloupe...this one was for her. Make sure to use a ripe cantaloupe for the best flavor. I always just mix in a tall glass with my stick blender.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup peeled seeded and cubed cantaloupe
honey
1/2 cup ice
Directions:
1. Place the juice, fruit and honey in a blender.
2. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
3. Add ice and blend until smooth.
