Ingredients:
2 cups diced cantaloupe
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 handful mint leaves, chopped, plus sprigs, for garnish
8 ounces diced prosciutto
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large serving bowl and garnish with mint sprigs. This is an easy one!
