CANDY EASTER EGGS This recipe comes from my personal collection. I make these every Easter by the dozens for all the kids in the family. They love them. Tried and true and loved by all. Enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 box confectioners’ sugar
2 cups coconut
1 stick butter
1/3 cup white corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix, chill and shape into balls.
2. For potatoes roll in cinnamon.
3. For eggs dip in chocolate and 1/4 teaspoon of paraffin wax.
